At Isara, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn

• In their original condition

• In original packaging

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we can offer an exchange within 14 days.
Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces, custom lengths, or personalised designs are non-refundable unless faulty.
